  The service requested, was completed fine. My complaint is with the payment process. I was prepared to pay cash, which I was going to run to the office same day. I had pre-discussed being invoiced with the office employee Ashley who was very good at responding and communicating as I had to reschedule a few times due to illness etc. On the day of service the tech refused to let me be invoiced and insisted that I pay then. I had told him I had already spoken with Ashley,but then he informed me he handled billing, which seems strange. I did not have the cash on me, as I planned to get it on the way to pay the invoice since I wasn’t sure of the final cost. This left me having to pay with a credit card, and inherit a 3% fee. I understand the fee, but then my card number had to be written down. I was uncomfortable with this process, but my husband was intimidated into doing so per the tech this is standard practice. We are now on day 3, my card has yet to be charged, and I’m just uneasy with the fact my card number has been left floating around for this extended amount of time, but honestly any time at all. I absolutely understand the need to be paid, and have no issue paying on day of service, as the tech made it clear, this was what they want. But my biggest frustration and confusion comes with the fact the company would of had cash in hand same day, and instead insisted on having my card number written down, sent home with the tech (not immediately delivered to the shop/office or even same day) and then has not even been ran in the next few days following. It seems in this day of time, there should be a safer and more secure way to have their customers pay.

  Had a water pressure/flow issue. They changed schedule to come out and fix issue the day I called and charged a fair price. No complaints, job well done.

  I’m extremely disappointed with Mr. Turnbaugh and the lack of communication. We wanted to get an estimate for finishing out our basement bathroom. He stopped by, made notes and said he’ll give us the estimate. It’s been almost 2 months and we haven’t heard back from him. We called him and left numerous voicemails, but he simply doesn’t communicate at all. Very unprofessional..
