My HVAC unit in the attic was installed incorrectly without a drain system to prevent water from damaging my home. This problem is easily avoidable by using an alarm system or a drain for the spill tray. Now I have an expensive repair job in my bedroom.

Harold was recommended by Bill (one of their ongoing clients with rental property). Just as Bill said, Harold was no nonsense, very professional, polite, and efficient. No haggling with prices or second guessing his mission to replace our bathroom faucet and shower head. Job well done. We'll be using them again and requesting Harold when we replace the kitchen sink. Thanks Buckley's Plumbing!

I will NEVER use this unprofessional company again. In the last couple of months, I had heating problems. The first time, the son came out and was on the phone with his father trying to figure out the problem. Of course, I was charged for the time spent on the phone. He put a thermostat in and the next day, I called because it turned out the thermostat was not the problem. The son figured out the problem the second time around and a few weeks later, heating issues again and when I called I was told, no one could come out because I did pay my bill. I explained to the lady that I never received a bill and would gladly pay when someone came out but the answer was "no". My son drove to the company and paid the bill the same day. The father, who is the owner, shows up the next day and he told me he thought it needed a certain piece which had to be ordered. He left without letting me know which I found to be unprofessional. Several days later he came and installed the piece. When I received the bill, I immediately questioned the amount and spoke with the owner who immediately became disrespectful with me, telling me " I lost my mind" and threaten to take me to Court if I did not pay the bill. I attempted to explained to him that I did not want to argue nor be disrespectful and simply wanted an explanation of the amount of the bill and he told me that he didn't have time to argue and that the bill was correct. He then told me again, if I didn't pay, he would submit my bill to the Court and abruptly hung up on me. He felt he owed me zero explanation, was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE since the customer cannot question a bill and is treated very disrespectful. I chose to pay the bill and be done with this company. Take your chances if you want to but keep taps on the time they arrived, the time they leave and what is being installed since you cannot question anything on the bill. I rather pay a little more and be treated with respect. This was a very HORRIBLE experience which no one should have to endure.
