  We needed to replace our 22-year old Trade heat pump. After some research, we decided to contact Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning. They did a truly outstanding job from the sales staff led my Mark to the three technicians (Bailey, Andrew and Dwayne) who installed the new heat pump and air handler. They were extremely responsive to our needs, helpful and professional. They ensured that the system was operating properly and trained us on using the smart thermostat. We could not have expected better service. We are very thankful we choose Holtzople!

  Had several different Holtzople technicians out during the past few years performing periodic maintenance servicing, as well as a new heating/AC system installation In every case the rep was experienced, courteous and utterly professional. Most recently Corey was out doing our periodic check and was typical of agents from the company. He notified me he was on his way, arrived per our scheduled appointment, was sensitive to masking and distancing (COVID), and wore foot covers to avoid getting dirt on the carpet. He performed thorough checks on the furnace and the outside compressor, explaining each step as performed, and making recommendations as he went. Without hesitation I would recommend Holtzople as a company that offers highly professional and experienced heating and AC work.

  We have been long-time Holtzople customers. They are the best! We recommend them to everyone! Today, Kevin came to our home to do the twice-yearly cleaning and maintenance and also cleaned the blower. Kevin took the time to explain what this service is and why it is needed from time-to-time. Kevin has been in our home many times and I trust him. Fantastic company! 5 stars, for sure!
