Matthew was extremely helpful fixing my thermostat, he required it and made sure it works correctly. He went above and beyond by recommending the new one I should get as well as offering to set it up for me. He was great to work with! I will definitely call IRV again. We had three 20-yr old water heaters replaced and a faucet repaired in prep for a home sale. IRV service, professionalism, and personnel were outstanding! Robert, the lead plumber on our job, not only did great work, but left our home pristine after job completion. I would rehire these folks 100 out of 100 times.

They were very responsive and came to house for an estimate.   Professional service however  I  did not use them to replace my water heater as they were nearly  $2000 more than what my home warranty company  was willing to pay.  Interestingly enough, they were the company recommended by the warranty company.

Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to issues involving my HOA and property management company, I had to reschedule a couple of times. Tony was sure to assist with that process and managed to juggle some things around to make me top priority as I had no hot water. He kept me as informed as possible throughout the entire process. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why. I was very appreciative that he followed up after the work was done to make sure that the new water heater was working properly. The plumber was unable to finish the job on the first visit. He had to return more than once. My scheduled appointments were cancelled and rescheduled three times. During the first visit, the plumber dropped the top to the toilet tank and broke it. He’s trying to find another top. The other option is installing a new
toilet bat their expense. However, the plumber here last indicated there could be a problem installing the new toilet. I told him to STOP and to find me a top to the tank…

Service Technician was professional and courteous. He was able to find the problem with my gas logs. Unfortunately he did not have the needed parts to get my gas logs up and running again.

Update:
The back ordered parts took until mid March to come in. I was not notified when they came in and it was by chance that when I called for an update on when the replacement parts might be in that I found that that the replacement parts had been delivered to them.

We set up a time for Anthony Williams who I really like and is very professional in how he presents himself to come out and install the new parts and rebuild the burner for my gas logs.
It was over an hour and a half  after the appointment time when I called to make sure I had not misunderstood the appointment time and was told the Anthony should arrive with in the hour.

Anthony arrived completed his repair to the gas logs.

After a while my wife and I noticed a smell and I thought it was the paint smell from where he had painted part of the gas burner cover. The next day the smell had gotten worse and we called the gas company to come out and check to see what the problem might be. The gas company tech found a gas leak that was the the problem. It seems there was a fitting that was either cross threaded or was not sealing and was what was causing the gas leak.
The gas company tech fixed the issue and we have not had any problems. I have Home Serve insurance through the gas company and IRV Plumbing has the contract for repairs when they are needed.

I had to contact IRV Plumbing cause I had brown water and needed to replace my galvanized pipes with PEX piping. Chris came out and was very informative and helpful on how to fix the problem. Got an appointment scheduled for the next week, Mark and Omar came out and repaired my main water line to my house and they were great! They were efficient, helpful, and friendly if I had any questions about my new piping. I would recommend them to work on anyone’s water pipes. I would recommend this company to anyone, they were great to work with!
