  Another contractor cut the main water pipe coming into my house. I didn't have a plumber that I trust so..."Call Morris Jenkins." Yes, the commericals are cheesy. But today they lived up to the advertising. Everything from the first phone call to the final walk through of the repair was absolutely stunning. The plumber was EARLY, assessed the problem, fixed it, SHOWED me the fix in *detail,* advised me on what other after-issues I may run into. All in about an hour. 10/10 plumbing, will plumber again.

  Paul was such a professional and so knowledgeable! He went above and beyond with explaining to me every detail about our heating system and why it was not working. He was so pleasant and carried wonderful conversation with me the entire time. He has a canny ability to explain, in details, how the system works and what may happen in the future. He was courteous, polite, and very prompt in tending to the matter. He also gave us helpful tips for maintaining our system and gave great advice as to the best solution and best price to fix our heater. Great personality, very knowledgeable, and would be a superb trainer/ advisor because he didn’t miss a single detail- step by step- to ensure I knew exactly what was happening, why and how to keep the heater in good shape long term. Thanks for your awesome service!

  To continue the review of Morris Jenkins: Paul was thorough in explaining the new thermostat and the things that were getting done. He gave me 2 carbon monoxide detectors as a precaution. He was friendly and took time to talk to me about why he liked working for Morris Jenkins . Every professional who came today shared how proud they were to work for such a great company. What employees say about their company to others speaks volumes about the company and its values. I can’t remember the last time I had such a completely positive experience with a business. My neighbor was a very loyal customer of Morris Jenkins for years before she moved, and I am also now a loyal customer,, all because of Lamar, Nik, Martin, Paul, and Brant. Great, old fashioned customer service and all these professionals were top notch. I consider it a blessing that I got to be helped by these 5 men, and they all are the kindest gentlemen who helped me through a very challenging day. Let me add that I spoke with a young lady on the phone about mid morning, and she was so kind and reassuring as well. Morris Jenkins, I hope you will let them know how grateful I am to them for going the extra mile for me today. -Pam B.
