  Nick did a great job! He was very professional and quick. I had been without heat today 1/3/2021 and the temperature tonight is going to be 22° so thankful that this company was quick and affordable. I think I have to say that again AFFORDABLE! As a NEWER home owner it really brings down the anxiety of home repairs and up keep but also have to keep your family warm and take care of. Thank you! I talked to Ron today about upgrading my system and he was also great he educated me on the product and explained it really well.

  Ron did a inspection on our system and sold us what we required. He has the experience and knowledge you can trust. He reviewed our requirements in detail in a very short time frame. His solution to our issue that has plagued us for last 3 years was simple and we believe will be very effective solution. One Hour is blessed to have a top-notch tech on its staff. When job was completed they made a QC visit to confirm I was a happy customer... We will be a new long term customer for this company. You can trust they have the experience and offer value beyond to sale

  Josh, with One Hour Heating and Air, came out the same day to discuss a new central air system purchase/install. He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain all facets of the system, warranty, guarantee, install process, price, and thoroughly looked at our current system with recommendations on saving us money that past HVAC professionals overlooked. He was excellent. We decided to go with Josh at One Hour for our new install. Very impressed with the customer service guarantee 💯! ! Highly recommend Josh with One Hour!
