Excellent service. Fast response and worked within our time restraints. Steve was fantastic. Very professional and personable.  He showed up exactly when he said he would and completed the work on time. The truck was clean and organized.  Steve used shoe coverings to avoid getting dirt on the floor. Don't hesitate to use this company. We'll worth it.

I contacted Hobaica for help provide hot water more rapidly to bathrooms and kitchen. Their website has a nice video to explain a “flash hot water” system. From the first call to the office everyone was professional and welcoming. Tom was sent to our home to evaluate and estimate the situation. Both he and electrician Amer did the actual installation. All work was done on time, as promised and no mess.
Amer did additional evaluation of our electrical system and the voltage of the bathroom appliances such as a hair dryer & portable heater. He carefully explained how these appliances were causing overloaded circuits.
I am very happy with the services provided!

Hobaica is Phoenix’s most accountable plumbing heating AC companies. They are always professional, clean and fully capable of all projects. Today’s install was a new water softener to replace our old junker. Travis Vanau is one of the best professionals in plumbing I’ve had the pleasure of working with because he’s easy-going, a straight shooter, knows his stuff, does not try to upsell me, and helps me to understand the best usage of our softener after it was installed. He stayed with me to be sure the smart app that came with it was working and allowed us to monitor our water usage from a far. Two other reasons I believe Hobaica to be a great company: they stick to their estimates without overcharging or doing the bait and switch technique once they get to your appointment; also, they stay with the job until everything is working perfectly. You can imagine with a 50 year old house there are always plumbing and electrical issues. Having a reliable company filled with dependable technicians, who stay with the customer until the job is complete, is the hallmark of a lasting customer relationship. I also had Hobaica install a new AC system in June and I am completely satisfied. I would recommend Travis for all your plumbing work, and recommend Hobaica for all your electrical, plumbing and AC work. They are a great company.

Scott Dale was awesome. He arrived 45 minutes earlier than projected start window which worked out great. He was very polite, professional and asked thorough questions for purpose of visit.
He was able to resolve the issue with the heat pump and had it properly running in about 10 minutes. Then, performed thorough inspection of the unit.

Service was done by Amer and Travis, they replaced a single outlet to a double outlet in my laundry room, the techs were very quick and thorough on the install and adjusted the original quoted price of work to a lower price, which was great and let me use a discount coupon offered by Hobaica Services.  Also Amer went over other things that I am looking to have fix and  will be sending a quote.  very pleased with both Amer and Travis.

Hobaica has been great to work with!  Both customer service and their technicians are responsive and professional.  Our technicians Amer and Grayson were very knowledgeable and thorough in their work.  We had our HVAC systems serviced as well as electrical work done.
