  Rodney and his wife Cindy are extremely friendly , professional , reliable, and have been servicing my 80 year old parent's 120 year old home for years. My sister's and I have peace of mind , knowing they are there for them , most recently an early AM no heat situation.

  Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, fast response! This was our second repair call. The 1st was when our oil provider couldn't provide the repair, Rodney arrive shortly afterwards and quickly & professionally solved the problem for a very reasonable fee. 2nd call was for a broken transformer. He was in the area, and had it repaired in an 1/2 hour, and the charge for the transformer was just about what I would have paid for it at home depot. Really appreciate when a repairman doesn't double the cost for parts! True professional, honest individual.

  Hixson's Heating Service is the best! We had Rodney install a new boiler 11 years ago, his prices were extremely fair and lower than other estimates. He does a great job of maintaining the system and is very quick to show up if you have an emergency. He really cares about his customers and it shows.
