We have been using Monadnock Cooling for over eight years at the Inn, and we would never use anyone else! Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service team is professional, efficient, and responsive. There has been more than one occasion where we needed time sensitive assistance, and they always make sure to make us feel like a priority. There is always someone available to answer our questions, and they truly care about maintaining our equipment to give it the longest life cycle possible. Their customer service can't be beat!

We are a busy public library, and Monadnock Cooling was outstanding in their professionalism and cooperation in installing heat pumps throughout the library without disrupting our services. The systems themselves provide quiet and lovely climate control, and the team from Monadnock Cooling has continued to provide outstanding service and maintenance. They are top notch, and always go the extra mile for us to make sure we are 110% satisfied. Highly recommend!
