I have been a customer with Rymes for over 6 years and will be one no longer. After calling them twice in a month for a fill up they put only 100 gallons in at a time. I called them today to schedule yet another fill up and they told me it would be 2 weeks until they could take care of me. They wouldn't even do an emergency fill as i was out of fuel. They stated that they were taking care of their auto-pay customer and that they were priority. I guess the 4+ fill-ups i need a year isn't good enough business for them. I called Vallaincourt in Hillsboro and i was filled within the hour (without an additional service charge).

There was a mistake delivering my oil to the right tank. Steve, Ben and the service manager addressed this in a timely manner 5 stars to them!! The customer service rep I spoke with on the other hand was argumentative and made the assumption it was my fault. Bad customer service!!

Permanently closed? I've been trying to call for several days (here and Concord), option #2 (existing customers), to continually hear how busy they are this time of year and nobody ever picks up. I then tried option #1 (new customers) since you'd figure they'd pick up or want new business. It is there they said the office is closed and it's during business hours!
