  Really awesome service. It’s very hard to find a service company these days that really stands out..but we did today! Our dryer stopped working and we knew it was the dryer vent. JOSH was very prompt in getting us scheduled for an appointment. He was also able to schedule us within 2 days of my call. HE EVEN GOT HERE EARLY!!! Josh’s Service was impeccable & he was very thorough. He was very nice & extremely patient with me when explaining things that I didn’t understand. He also had no problem answering all of my questions. Josh obviously really cares about the level of service he provides and wants to make sure your dryer vent is up to code, installed properly and your home is safe. On top of that, his services are affordable!! I will most definitely continue to use HITEC from now on!

  This is my second time to use HITECH. Josh is knowledgeable and thorough, and the price is very reasonable . My dryer vent runs from the laundry room over a hallway and bedroom to the outside vent. The clogged vent was causing the dryer to run longer to dry clothes.. Josh got the vent cleaned out quickly and my dryer is back to working normally. I'm now set up for annual service with HITECH. I highly recommend this company.
