  This is a great company to deal with. I attempted to order a part and was sent a prompt email letting me the status and substitute part applicability. I emailed explaining my problem, and received very fast responses again and advice to do further checks without spending undue monies on what might be an unneeded part. Who does that for service any more? Most would send you a part after you paid for it regardless. Refund was very next morning. All I can say is some decent people still exist and I wouldn't hesitate to order HVAC parts from the them again in the future! Very impressed.

  My furnace went out and I needed a limit switch. I searched online and found what I thought I needed. I ordered the wrong thing. The crew at Arnold's were professional and supportive the entire way. They helped me figure out the damaged model number tag on my furnace and searched for parts even with a partial. I am in Idaho and did all of this online and by email. If their in store is anything like their online service, you will be well taken care of. Brett Judd, Idaho

  Thanks to Arnold's Service Company for the email help in identifying the correct humidifier maintenance parts for my older unit. Very helpful, responsive, and conscientious service. My highest recommendation -- I plan to be a customer for life!
