  I highly recommend Ben and his company Highwood Mechanical Contractors. Ben came out and assessed what would be required to replace the failing boiler in my 200+ year old house. He clearly explained a few different options and there advantages and disadvantages in a clear concise way. His knowledge and experience was obvious. The 5 man team were all professional competent and respectful. They were highly organized and cleaned up completely when the job was done. Im pleased with the experience from start to finish!! Definitely would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone who ask!

  Highwood Mechanical Contractors, is a company I highly recommend and would use again. Ben Uscila and his crew were knowledgeable, timely and committed to customer satisfaction. My wife and i were satisfied with every step of the project. Ben Uscila is a consummate professional and a contractor that can be trusted to deliver an excellent customer service.

  I highly recommend Ben Uscilla and his crew! I was calling every contractor in a bit of panic since my furnace stopped working and Ben was the only one who said we were his neighbors and that he would not let us go without heat. He pulled out all the stops to find us a new furnace that he personally installed for us within 5 hours!!! Highly professional, incredibly efficient and a very well run business. I cannot stop talking about what they did in the time constraint to help 'his neighbors'! If you are in Hamden, CT or nearby, make sure your first call is to Ben!
