  I’d give a zero if allowed. I won’t do business with or recommend this company again. I used this company for my AC replacement and repairs several times and was told my Freon leak was probably the coils. When I called this company in September 2020 I asked to get my leaking AC coils replaced. I found out I still had a few days left on my AC system warranty and wanted to get the covered part ordered before the warranty was over and was assured by Morgan who verified with the owner the part was ordered and they would call me when the part came in and they would install for a labor fee. I have called repeatedly since September and left many messages to give me status of replacement to no avail. Now since it’s out of warranty I cannot get a different company to replace it under warranty. It is now January of 2021!
