  I woke up Monday morning 3/5/18 with no heat. I called Dependable they scheduled my service call for 10 a.m. The service tech called me on his way to my home and showed up 5 minutes early, he was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed and repaired my unit in a short period of time and at a very reasonable price. I want to Thank the office staff and the service tech for their prompt and courteous service. I will recommend Dependable to all my family and friends...

  I went to their office after calling them to get them to come to my house to fix my a/c. They never would come or call me back. So, I don't know the quality of their workmanship.
