  I usually drive a long way to Jacksonville to have blood work, but I found out they do it here. I am so glad I came here! Excellent, friendly service from the moment I walked up to the door. The officer greeted me warmly, walked me inside to get me where I needed to be (not far). The check-in was very fast and friendly! A short distance to the lab and about 5 minutes later I was ready to go. I want to especially mention Tim, the phlebolomist. What a great guy! I usually get all worked up and cry like a big baby, but he was so calm and professional. I didn't feel a thing - and no tears! Thanks so much for turning my nightmare into a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming here for all my future blood draws. It's 10 ⭐ from me! 😁

  The staff went about and beyond.....Emilie Hodges, Erin and Amanda (CNA's) made sure I always got what I needed and were there in a timely manner...my nurses, Carrie and Jennifer were phenomenal as well! While running their legs off, they still made sure I was taken care of very frequently and all of them had the sweetest, caring personalities! Made my stay alot less painful💜Thank you, ladies! You guys rock!

  Worst ER ive ever been too. I have diabetes and my body is not accepting the meds. I was in some severe pain. Dizziness, short of breath, nasua stomach pain and testicle pain. spent the whole time in pain. Waited 4 hrs for Dr. Sbarro to come in and ask.." What symptom are you hear for today?" Shocked, i responded with ....all of them. Then he says. I can only treat one, youre blood work looks ok. Im gonna say you have virus syndrome. Then he walked out the door. Never put a finger on me. Never actually checked me at all. Ill drive to jax if I ever need medical attention again.
