  There were two technicians to clean our ducts. Jaaziel was here as lead tech, training the other tech. He was very attentive to answering any questions. Rian, the tech in training was great, as he took his time and made sure the job wasn’t just done, but done well. I would recommend this company and this service to anyone. Overall a great experience with them.

  Recently, we had HERO do a complete tear out and replacement of our furnace, air conditioning and duct system. Our technicians were Glenn, Joe, Jaaziel and Paul. They were all very polite, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. They completed the job in one day which was no easy task considering there was a lot of hot attic work.(sorry guys) they cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions. We highly recommend HERO. They are now our “go to” heating and cooling company. They do great work with quality products and fair price. Thanks guys. Thank you To Cassie who made navigating this project a breeze. 😊

  Recently called here to have my furnace serviced. They were prompt to answer the phone and had a technician out when it was convenient for me. Technician, Joe, was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the problem very quickly and had the part available. He even informed me it was covered under warranty from the previous homeowner!!!! Awesome customer service and will be using for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward. Highly recommended.
