  Fast, friendly, and arrived right on time! I had an issue with my furnace and they were able to fit me in that day. They also took the time to explain to me what they had found wrong with my furnace so that way I could be prepared for what may happen in the future and the next steps to take. Now I know why my parents have always used them for so long!

  Breezy Furnace put in a new furnace and air conditioner for us four years ago. My husband is in the hospital fighting cancer, and when I got home last night the furnace was not working. I remembered Breezy’s phone number of their company was on the sticker that they slapped on my furnace that said they had 24 hour service repair. Feeling relieved I called to hear a message that said what their office hours were and they would call me the next day. No 24 hour service. I called the next morning and the receptionist was extremely rude (even given our medical situation and needing the house warm for when my husband came home from the hospital) and said it would be several days before they could fix it mentioning that our one year warranty was up. Very disappointing. We obviously made a mistake going with this company. I called another repairman who was very kind and hopes to be here this morning. Breezy did not keep their promise for 24 hour service, does not stand behind their work, and was rude and uncompassionate in their customer service. I would recommend finding a different company to work with.

  Fabulous service, clean, on time, great price! After months of a seemingly endless line of contractors telling me that updating my 1930s boiler wasn’t for them, it couldn’t be done, or offering expensive, inefficient mini splits, someone suggested I try Breezys. Ron Breese, owner of Breezy’s, called this type of project his wheelhouse. He knew just how to design it, install it, and got rid of all my radiators and pipes for a very reasonable price. The ductwork is there when I’m ready to upgrade to central air and I plan to call Breezy’sfor that, too! Ron was communicative about what was going to happen and what to expect. Thank you to the great people at Breezy’s who work so hard yet remain pleasant and so conscientious about being tidy. I highly recommend Breezy’s!
