We selected Hawk's based upon a friend's referral. They replaced a 30yo toilet with a new Gerber fixture. Having multiple master plumbers in the family tree, we were familiar with expected trade norms. Hawk's surprised us with a faster than expected quote turnaround time, even though we had a model number available. An installation time slot was only a few days out. The young man who installed it was polite in his communications, respectful of our house and furnishings, provided a competent service in a reasonable time and cleaned up afterwards. We were pleased with the entire experience and plan to use them again in the future.

I went with Hawk services because of the reviews they received. Patrick and his crew were friendly and easy to communicate with. I loved the text updates with the invoice. And the phone call as well. They ran into some issues with putting in our tub but they were resolved with no additional cost to us. His bid was exactly as he said. Which was really great! I felt like there was some lapse in communication with the front office on some scheduling when I emailed them. I would recommend calling as I got better results doing that. Edit: we had additional issues with our tub being bowed and contacted Hawks to assist with resolving the issue. Patrick came out Monday and told us that he would get ahold of the tub manufacturer the next day and let us k ow what was going on. We were at a standstill in our project as no one else could continue to work until we figured this out. We never heard back Tuesday. I emailed him Tuesday night after no communication asking for an update the next morning. He responded on Wednesday asking for the tilers info (which he never contacted). My husband then emailed him on Thursday as we had no idea what was going on with the issue with the tub and wanted to get our project back on track. FINALLY on Friday evening he was able to come out with the tiler and figure out the issue with the bowed tub edge (was not their fault). The lack of communication and respect for our time is why I changed my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. The crew is friendly but if you run into issues don’t expect immediate results.

Had a dishwasher installed. On time, kept me informed,cleaned up and hauled packaging’s, professional in their performance and suggestions. Permanent addition to my family contact list.
