  The scheduling process was very easy and everyone I dealt with was pleasant and accommodating. The service tech was nice and right on time. He was fast, efficient and did a great job. The carpets look and smell fantastic! Also the price was excellent using my Mayo clinic discount.

  They did a great job on our carpets. I rented a carpet cleaner which didn't get my stains out like how I wanted it to, so I contacted them and all my stains are now gone! Took advantage of their Mayo discount and it was a great price!

  Arrived on time to clean my dryer vent. Fast work and great equipment. They don't even need to enter your home. More importantly, the technician noticed one of my dogs escape my yard. I never would have known and never would have found him without his help. I wish I knew the technician's name. Thank you for your professionalism and kind heart.
