Sears Appliance Repair came to my home and said my double oven's circuit board was bad and the whole oven needed to be replaced. I fixed it with a $30 part. It was a bad thermal fuse. They charged me $130 to come to my house and not even open the oven and then attempted to charge another $300 to replace a circuit board that wasnt bad.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Set the appointment up a couple weeks ago. Day before the scheduled appointment got a phone call reminding be of the appointment saying that a tech would be out between 8am and 5pm. Day of I called and verified my appointment. Waited until just before 4pm and called in and talked to a live person. Was told that yes I had an appointment but it was never assigned to a technician so no one would be coming out. Lady on the phone wanted to set up an appointment for the following day. Think I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We paid before the tech left our home and then started getting bills and phone calls hounding us for money. They told us we hadn’t paid so we paid again, turned out they lied to us and we paid twice. Can’t get ahold of customer service at all. Worst experience of our lives, will never go back and use their services ever again.
