  We have had a wonderful experience working with Hanover air systems. I initially called for a regular HVAC maintenance visit, and we have a bonus room over our garage that never gets heated or cooled properly so I wanted a professional to have a look. Dustin was excellent, and was quickly able to identify the main source of the issue in our bonus room. Afternoon after a lengthy discussion, Dustin had a few ideas that he took back to their lead estimator Billy. Within a week Billy sent me a detailed proposal with two options, outlining what they could do to help us. Ultimately we decided to install a new heating and cooling mini split system, which they were able to schedule within two weeks and successfully install in less than a day. Billy himself was here to oversee the installation and ensure everything agreed to in the project scope was done. Mike and Billy were the installers, and they were also fantastic. They got the job done without hardly knowing they were here. The finished product works great, and the installation itself looks extremely professional. I cannot say enough about this outfit, very professional and quality services. I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone, seriously don’t hesitate to give them a call. They will provide so much value add service you don’t receive just anywhere.

  We had Hanover Air install a new downstairs HVAC unit in our home. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and friendliness. Billy was fantastic to work with. He explained everything and answered our many questions. They men who installed the unit were experts in their field and did a great job. The new unit looks great. Hanover Air has lifelong customers with our family!
