  The Hammond's technicians have always fixed our heat pump problems right away. I've never had to wait days upon days for someone to show up. They always diagnose the problem immediately and have the necessary parts on hand. We've always had a great professional experience with this company.

  A great team of courteous professionals recently installed a new gas line and HVAC system. The techs Andrew and Mason were great guys, skilled, polite, and were happy to answer any questions we had during the installation process. It is evident that they take pride in their work. When calling or visiting the office, Amber has always been so nice and helpful. A great team and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

  My husband and I used Hammonds HVAC to order and install an electric fireplace for our downtown Kingsport loft. We were thrilled with every part of our experience from beginning to end.
