  We have used Steven before he even started Apex and have never been dissatisfied with the service he provides. We had a leak in our heat pump unit and he arrived the same day, fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself. He is reasonably priced, honest and doesn't overcharge or inflate the issues. He is a Christian man who will pray for you or with you if asked. He takes great pride in leaving a customer completly satisfied and a job repaired.he He is exactly what he says he is, an honest good man.

  Mr. Jarrett was professional, responsive, arrived when he stated he would, was clean and respected the home during installation, and completed the job in a timely fashion. The American Standard unit was reasonably priced and the warranty was extremely competitive. We highly recommend Steve Jarrett and Apex Heating and Air. A class act in every aspect!

  I've known Steve for a long time. You will not find a better technician anywhere. He is very good at what he does. He has had to fix mine a couple of times after another company left me with a lot of problems.
