  Consider yourself lucky that they did not respond to your electrical needs! I hired them for a whole house rewire (1,100 sq. ft.). After 6 months they had done very little and stopped showing up to work. Did not return my call for over a week. I brought in another electrician to finish the job and he told me the work they had done installing outlets and switches was not to code. I had used them 5 times previously to install new heat and air units. I thought they were good at that. They should change their name to Johnny's Heat and Air.
