They sent a technician to my home to do a quote for my home warranty because my furnace was tripping the breaker and not heating my house. My home warranty company ultimately said the repairs weren’t covered by my warranty so I hired a different licensed tech to do the work. When he opened my furnace (and I was standing there when he did this) he found that the tech who did my estimate had unhooked stuff and left it in the conditions shown in the photos attached. I called them right away to let them know what we found, and was basically told I was a liar. The manager, Robbie, was incredibly rude to me and said that whoever I hired is who did this because they would never leave a furnace like this. The interesting part about all of this is that I wasn’t looking for anything with my phone call. I didn’t want money from them. I didn’t ask them to come back out. I was just simply letting them know their technician made a mistake. I didn’t even suggest that this was done maliciously because the young tech who came out was super nice. I’m sure it was an over site to not hook everything back up. I would not recommend this company. They have zero interest in their customers. Additionally they asked my warranty company to pay more than twice the actual cost for the parts. I ordered the OEM parts needed for less than $450 delivered with overnight service and they were asking to be paid over $1000 for the same parts. How dishonest is that?

Fast and friendly company. We ended up not having any issues with the furnace. He was very helpful. Also pointed out a issue with our fireplace that is not safe and we should fix it before we use it.

No sense of urgency with this company. We went over a week without heat at the coldest part of the season. No updates generated by the company. We had to call each day and ask for updates. However they rang my phone off the hook in the beginning to get their payment. Upon install date technician was over 1 1/2 hour late. He didn't bother calling until we called him and well after appointment was missed. They get 2 stats because they eventually got the job done. I'm disappointed in how the job was handled with the warranty company. They entitled it was their first time dealing with them. You would think they'd handhold the process but nope. Nothing. I would have a hard time recommending this company to anyone.

Hello Tashia, we are sorry about how disappointed you are with everything, but we have nothing to do with how Warranty companies operates, also we told you about we can get the job done whenever we have the parts available, we gave the option of choosing to pay extra for expedited shipping and you refused that option, then we toke to the home warranty to cover the shipping they declined that too. we notified you it will take 3-5 business days and once we got the parts we went out and finished the job in the same day. We love our customers and we thrive to provide the fastest service and best prices, but we cant control supply chain issues. Thank you for your business
