An extremely professional team. From the time I placed the initial call, Tracy continued to provide updates to when we could expect a technician arriving at our house. Dustin provided outstanding service, going through an extensive troubleshooting process, explaining the issues and then talking through the recommended actions. He then expertly replaced the required components and finished with a thorough inspection of the entire system before completing the work. I highly recommend Reece for their professionalism and genuine concern for their customers' needs.

I have used Reece in the past and they have always been quick to respond and diagnosed the problem. Today I got home from work and smelled a burning odor. I checked the furnace and the motor was not running. I assumed the motor was bad. Reece was called and they responded quickly. The technician said the motor was running slow and needed replacement. The price quoted was very high. Over $700 so I did some shopping and paid the service fee. I had a motor replaced several years earlier and it was not even close to that price. I found a competitor who offered to replace the motor for $350 with a 4 year warranty. When the technician arrived and checked out the furnace he found the motor was fine. The problem was burnt wires and a bad capacitor. So Reece missed this one which could have cost me over $700 for a $30 capacitor. It was my lucky day. I called Reece and let them know what happened and the representative assured me my service fee check would not be cashed. He apologized for the error and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. Things happen and I give Reece the benefit of the doubt. It shows class for them to void the service fee. They earned another star for that one. In conclusion, Reece is not a bad company. They are very quick when you need them and have completed work for me in the past. The price quote for the motor was very high and the technician made a huge mistake which could have cost us a lot of money. If you use Reece just make sure they do a thorough diagnosis and check the average price for whatever repair you need. Google is your friend for finding that stuff.
