  Mike was very professional and able to resolve the heating issues we had with our furnace. He recommended replacing the furnace but AHS Home Warranty would only replace parts, which took a week to be received, and then another week to schedule the repair service after the heat exchanger was received. 2 weeks without heat is not ideal, and could have been shorter if appointment was scheduled for when the part was received.

  All our heat coming out of one side of vents in house and rest of house cold. Eugene with HNJ came out on service call and very knowledgeable and able to fix the issue and show me what was wrong and how to fix if happens again. So nice to have a heating and air company you can trust!

  H & J are great. Used them 3 times in the past year and wished I’d known about them years ago. Eugene, who came today, was great! Fixed the issue and stuck around to make sure it was good to go. EO t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.
