  My home warranty company AHW contacted Gulf State Heating and Air because my AC was freezing up (Goodman Furnace Unit). Ted and a guy he was training came out and quickly found the problem, the motor. The part was ordered and within 4 or 5 days can't remember exactly they were back fixing it and it's working great. Both gentleman were friendly and professional. Thanks again for fast and friendly service!

  I can't give these guys enough stars!! Filed a claim with my home warranty company and waited 5 days for the company they placed my work order with to show up. I wasn't home but close to being there and the guy refused to wait! I was furious! 30 minutes after my HW filed work order with Gulf State I got a call and by 2pm my air was fixed! Gulf State ROCKS! Thank youuuuu!!!!

  I just want to commend Gulf state heating and air! I am a home warranty customer and many companies typically don’t give the best service to people who have home warranties. I put in the claim last night and almost immediately received a phone call and they came out first thing this morning! My house manager, I run Airbnb‘s, said that the technician was knowledgeable and professional! Kudos to this company!
