Worked with a gentleman named Travis. Very polite, and showed up 45 minutes within me calling! New part needed to be replaced, and diagnostic, came out to under $200. Won’t find a cheaper rate. Was super fast, no upselling, and didn’t lecture me on my heating unit. An overall great experience and I won’t go elsewhere.

Grand Rapids Heating and Cooling were able to come out that afternoon after realizing I had no heat that morning.  Birds over time decided to use my vents as nesting place.  They were able to remove the nest and put a vent covered.  Great customer service.

I wanted to extend my sincerest thanks and 5 star recommendation to Travis at Grand Rapids Heating and Cooling.  My air conditioner recently failed and I booked a service call for repair.  Travis was prompt to the appointment, efficiently tested the system, and clearly defined what the problem was and what my options were for repair or replacement.  Our HVAC system was over 23 years old so we decided to go with a full system replacement.  Travis expertly advised us in an easy to understand manner on the equipment options we had to choose from, the differences between them, and the replacement process.  The pricing was more than fair and he even beat quotes that we received 3 years ago.  Once we decided on the equipment, we scheduled the install and it went exactly as how he described during the consultation.  The work was outstanding and Travis kept and left a very clean job site.  Once completed, Travis walked me through the entire system and everything that was done during the replacement.  There were also rebates from Gas and Electric companies which Travis is processing for us.  If you need a system replacement, or even just a repair, you owe it to yourself to call Grand Rapids Heating and Cooling.

I had a water heater replaced that was old and leaking. Travis was prompt, curtious and professional when I received the estimate and then when the work was completed. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the quality was top notch at at reasonable price. Travis was great!  Texted 1/2 before arriving, arrived on time, diagnosed problem and had it fixed within an hour!  He even cleaned and vacuumed out the inside of the burner area of our boiler!
