They did an amazing job in our house. Begging with Tanner who did the inspection. Very professional and nice. Shane came later to our house and did a great presentation meeting all our needs. The next day the crew came in the morning and they finished on time the installation of the new furnace, AC and water heater. Brent, Brady and Jim were super friendly and professional as well. Thank you all. We are more than happy with your service PS: they sent us this beauty Cookie bouquet 🥰

Our technician Alex did a fantastic job. He kindly and patiently responded to all of my questions and took his time on our tune up. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated him being respectful of our home by wearing shoe covers at all times. I would recommend him to anyone who asks. Communicating with Grapids was easy via texting.

I dealt with 3 separate technicians and all were extremely helpful and friendly. They took time to answer any questions I had and were respectful of my home. Miles was just out to do some furnace repairs and did an excellent job and answered every question I had for him. He also discussed ways to more efficiently heat our home and try to limit the amount of propane we go through during the winter months. I would recommend this business and will continue to use them in the future.
