  Very easy company to work with: they were quick at getting someone out to take a look at our furnace, even when we contacted them on a Sunday evening. The service tech was very polite and informative, and took care of the issue on the spot. We had a follow-up issue arise the next day, and they quickly sent another tech out to investigate that. We found Pro-Tech to be professional, helpful, and reasonably priced. I would work with them again.

  Zach came out during the quoted window to help troubleshoot and solve some issues I was having with my furnace. He explained everything along the way and did a great job. He cleaned and tested the furnace ensuring proper working order as well. As always with my previous experience with Pro Tech they are reliable and do a great job!

  A few months back on the first “coldest night of the year” Kevin came out to troubleshoot our furnace that had stopped running. He was so helpful and reassuring. I had a few other random questions about the vents not blowing air and air duct cleaning and he did not hesitate to help me out at 11:00 at night. Fast forward to this morning, the furnace decided to throw another error code and stop running. Thankfully, it corrected itself and we were only without heat for 20 minutes. Zach came out to check it all out and was very thorough and informative. Huge bonus they both are lab lovers and understood our over affectionate 70 pound fur baby. So appreciative of the fast quality service. ProTech is a true gem! Thanks guys!
