  Rude. I’ve been in the trades for 23 years. I’ve never seen a more unprofessional owner in my life. Sometimes quotes are given to customers and they don’t do the job right away. Maybe the money isn’t there. A lot of people in your area are retired and on a fixed income. As a person in this type of business, you should know that. Use one of the other quality HVAC contractors in Lakewood, they would love your business.

  I’ve never seen worse responsiveness and outright deceptiveness. They tried to repair our system with little success and continued to charged us for several items that never fixed the unit. Finally after 3 months of unsuccessful attempts of fixing the unit, they quoted a replacement system $4000 over what another provider installed in 2 days. Please keep in mind they originally installed the unit. If you’re want to be taken advantage of, these guys are very capable.
