Rick came out for a tune-up on our Furnace/Boiler system, he called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. Answered all my questions and gave heating system a thumbs up. Plan on using Dama when we need to replace current one. Definitely 5 stars.

We had a faucet replaced. While doing that our washer drained and backed up into our sink, a recurring problem that we could not seem to fix. Scott diagnosed the problem... a weird configuration of pipes underneath the kitchen sink. It was a lot of extra work for him and expense for me but after 12 years of the fight between kitchen sink and washer... THERE IS NO MORE WASHER BACKING UP INTO THE KITCHEN SINK!!! Thank you DUMAS Plumbing!
