Emilio arrived early in the service time window, took precautions to protect my home and worked efficiently. He was very professional, offered additional services (so we added a cleaning to our inspection) and products without being pushy. He explained what he found and shared photos and a thorough report. We had never before had this fireplace inspected so there was opportunity to mislead us into unnecessary services, but he did not find anything that needed urgent attention. Very pleased and will use Fluesbrothers again regularly.

Julius was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with our fireplace inspections. He kept us updated about the concerns or information he was discovering during the inspection. As unexpected concerns came up he notified us first prior to proceeding which we appreciate. He was very friendly, wore a mask/shoe covers and did a great job with clean up post completing his work. We look forward to working with this company/Julius again!

The tech that came out was Awesome. He tape off tarps to protect our flooring etc. He cleaned everything...not one drop of soot was left behind. We had cracks in the Chimney and he answered all of our questions regarding how to move forward to correct the issue. I highly recommend this company.
