Garret was very informative. We had a lot of HVAC companies come out and they only talk above your head and charge lots of money. He was not able to help us at our business but he did explain the problem with our commercial unit. He came out and did great job on our home unit. He was very efficient. Educating a consumer is very important to me and I would definitely recommend this company.

A/C conked out on a hot Sunday afternoon. I called many of the KC area big companies, got the normal call center answering services. Two called me back, but not before Garrett of Little River Heat and Air was already working on our problem. He was extremely quick, very fair price, and had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. Best part? This is a small local business where you can talk to a real human being who isn't just an answering machine when you call. THESE ARE THE COMPANIES WE NEED TO SUPPORT. Call Little River Heat and Air if you need anything HVAC related. Your family will thank you because they won't be freezing or roasting and your bank account will be thanking you for not lighting money on fire with some of the other big billboard HVAC companies.

“Honesty & Quality are the foundation of my business...” That caught my eye when I read about Garrett’s business. I must say; Absolutely! Yes! Living out of state from my property, I was desperate to find a professional who could do the job well-for a reasonable price. Some smell desperation and take advantage. Garrett did not! He was so helpful and was the consummate professional. He kept me updated throughout the 1.5 day job. He delivered on every commitment. I agree with “Abby P”; Garrett rocks!
