  Work was done very professionally. They sent out a team of two, the work was completed two hours early. The team was knowledgeable and very cautious and respectful. Inspector was very pleased with there work. Thank You Falco’s of Spokane.

  They were able to come out, take measurements & give a good quote. Some other companies wanted me to take the measurements & come in to their store to shop what might fit. What a joke. Customer service should help the customer, and Falco's way of doing business was very helpful.

  I had some issues with my Heat & Glo fireplace being non-functional from the wall switch without battery backup. Jeremy came out and was able to diagnose the problem, called the manufacturer to verify the part number for the piece that had gone bad (the transformer), and was also super upfront about the cost to install said part. I appreciated being able to order the part and install myself as well. It was an easy process, and I'm very thankful!
