Able to schedule us for a next day appointment. Steve arrived on time and repaired our problem quickly. Discussed the root cause of our unit leak with me but did not pressure to upsell and weighed options with me. Pleasant to chat with and professional.
Response from the owner
Thank you Amanda! We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you in the future!

I called for AC repair during 111 degree weather and they worked me in same day! Steve was friendly and professional and quickly got my AC unit running again. I would recommend them.
Response from the owner

Initially I was hesitant about writing this since they were the main contacts for maintaining the furnace we had installed, which is probably why there aren't more reviews, but I'm sure I can find someone else if we need anything. We got a AC unit from them a few years back. They removed the old oil furnace and at first we thought they were great. Called them a few times and they were always great at returning calls. Then we decided to have them install a gas hot water heater. We've had two electricians come and they all comment about where the gas and coolant lines were placed, and never in a good way. We also had the first AC unit break down, we were told that we could pay another $1000 for a replacement but they ended up only charged us $500 for a different model. Neither of the AC units that they installed have ever got this house under 80 degrees during the summer, which is pretty much what it was at prior to the AC being installed. I'm 100% convinced that they completely undersized the unit for the house. Going back to the water heater. While installing it they left a live 240 line behind the water heater, with the wires just spread apart, not capped or anything to make them safe just spread apart. A LIVE 240 line right behind a gas water heater and about 2 feet from the gas furnace. It was like that for a while before I was tracing all the 240 circuits going to the garage and found it. My wife had set up a clothes rack to store the winter jackets right by it, I'm just really happy she didn't reach over another 2-3 inches from where she had it set up, or she would have found it before I did. I called them about this and have never heard anything back about it.
