Estes Technicians & Installers are knowledgeable and professional with great follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Fantastic Teamwork all around!   I just had my first experience with Estes today and this business is all around amazing. First, they were able to schedule a service call very quickly, offering a same day appointment if I needed it. Then, they use a text messaging system to remind you, confirm with you and tell you who your tech is, etc. For me, that is a very much appreciated convenience. Then, the tech was able to fix my unit for well under 200$ when I was expecting to have to replace the whole thing!! I couldn't be more pleased with Estes! They absolutely have my business from here on out!!

  Thanks Estes for a great job! I was having problems with my Heil AC unit and found out about Estes through the Heil Website because they are an authorized dealer. I called and, as luck would have it, their service manager Tim was going to be in my area that day. Literally within an hour and a half of me calling Estes Tim was here and quickly diagnosed my problem (a short in the wire going from the outside unit to the air handler). He ran a new wire and had the problem solved very quickly. I felt that the work was very reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend Estes Heating and Air and I will use them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future!
