  A few months ago after going to bed my wiring by the computer caught fire. Luckily the smoke alarm alerted us and we were able to get the fire out but there was still plenty of smoke damage. After calling my insurance company they recommended servpro. Two guys named Nate and James came right by to check it out and were lovely. The police and fire had to get involved as well and they were great with working around all that craziness. The smell was pretty bad so we could not stay the night. The next day they got to work on fixing and scrubbing all of the damage. I felt confident they knew what they were doing and hopefully I never need to, but I would call them again in a second. All of the work they did was approved and now I have my house back to the way it was but the wiring is set up much better this time around. The job took a week total and I am happy. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

  Unfortunately my house by the lake had taken in water from all sides when I was away on a quick trip. After hearing about the storm a neighbor went over to check on my place and had the terrible damage report. I called my insurance immediately and they had the General Manager from Servpro James call me. With me not being local it was harder to coordinate but James was able to get over there with his team that night to start extracting the water with the help of my neighbor. The next morning I was came home to a lot of fans and dehumidifiers. I am grateful they were able to work through the difficulties of getting the job done in the most non invasive way. Not everything was able to be saved but mold was what I was most worried about and months later there is none to report of. There system is very professional, they have a set way it seems where everything is documented and justified by there system. I had a few questions about how they knew the number of fans to use and they showed me how it's calculated. The trust is there and I will call them if I ever need them again period

  I should have been paying better attention last month during a bbq. The grill was a bit too close to the house and the side of it caught fire which spread partially to the inside. We were slow cooking so it took a bit longer than it should have to realize. The fire department came and I guess the Servpro people heard what happened and showed up without even calling. They explained what needed to be done clearly and I gave them my insurance information. They headed back to get equipment and were able to start on the job right away. The smell in the house was so terrible I have no clue how they were able to get that out but they did. The carpets were shampooed and everything. My house looks better now than it did before the fire. They do an amazing job and deserve all the sucess! It can be so hard to find honest workers that just want to get the job done timely and right but now I found a company I can trust.
