  We called OKelley for a friend of mine who we have been helping off and on for years. I wasn't able to get out myself as I was out of town. I was both impressed by the wonderful service and price! I knew her unit was old, and they said it needed replacing, but they didn't pressure anyone. Instead they explained her filter was dirty, but everything was working as it should. My bill was simply a diagnostic fee and service call. So now I trust these guys to tell me the truth and not just say its old and needs replaced, then say it can't be fixed. Thank you guys for being honest!

  Due to roof work on our home, our air handler was rattled. The technician, Steven, arrived promptly and he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. He was very clear about what had happened and even took pictures of what he found so he could show me without me needing to enter the attic. Very kind, helpful, and professional.

  We called O'Kelley's for maintenance on our 2 heat pumps and a new thermostat. Steven was great! He took his time to explain the systems to us and took care of all our needs. Would highly recommend!
