  Re: Electrical & AC Terrific all around. James (electrician) has been wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone. Very polite, thorough, patient, and communication was great. A very nice man! James (HVAC Tech) was also terrific. Explained a lot regarding the issues & preventive care! Epic offered superior service! Very highly recommend! Well done!

  Tech guy was able to come earlier than scheduled so when they called in said, yes send him out, he had issue found and fixed in a matter of minutes, AC works great , thank you for your fast service and knowledgable employee s They drive over 3 hours to get here and I appreuciate it . thank you

  The service call was $20 higher than the second company I called. The Epic technician was good and said I only needed a new smart valve and he would order one. Two days later I got a call from Epic saying I needed a new furnace, new vent, and gas pipe line and would have to pay out of pocket. The second company I called replaced the valve the same day for much less money and gave me a 10% military discount.
