  The repairman was polite, earnest, and knowledgable. I work from home and he waited patiently for me to be off a call before telling me the results of his diagnostic. He could have made an extra $900 off me to repair the refrigerator, but he was honest that there were so many things that needed repair that I was better off replacing the refrigerator completely. He even stuck around to answer my questions about which brands of refrigerators he would recommend. 10/10 service!

  The tech that came out was on time and gave me plenty of notice before arriving. He was very knowledgeable and open about what he found. He explained that repairing my unit would cost about as much as purchasing a new one and didn’t pressure me in one direction or another. He provided insight on new units and overall very helpful and friendly throughout the visit.

  I had a very positive experience with Central One Service. My dishwasher was filling with water when off and my stove had a nonworking burner. They responded immediately to my call and Brandon came out the next day and evaluated the appliances. He ordered the parts and completed the repairs the following week. Both are working great! I will definitely call them in the future!
