  I called to see if they could help me. My basement had flooded and it was coming from a drain in the basement. First of all, I did not get a call back. He texted me and said he does not unclog things. My daughter runs upstairs a little while later to tell me the basement is flooding again. I ran down and the water was over my ankles. The basement is partly finished. I texted him back to see if there was anything at all he could do and he responded via text and so NO. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I also see that I was not the first person he was to busy for.

  On a total gut rehab of my house Mike and his crew redid two bathrooms and removed two bathrooms, also redid the plumbing in the crawlspace and fixed some old leaks. Great people, excellent work, no leaks, no call backs. Very happy with them.
