I called Woolsey hoping to get an estimate on some toilet plumbing since their website says they do toilets AND estimates. After a few tries throughout the week of no answers, a woman finally picked up and was very unhelpful. She remembered my voicemail (but I guess never bothered to return?) and proceeded to tell me how much work it would be for them. Okay, that's a weird answer. Am I wrong to assume that adding piping and such is part of the plumbing job? Either way, we have the savings to pay I just need a ballpark estimate to prepare. She then said they would pass on our request for an estimate.

As a first time home buyer, it can be nerve wracking finding the right people to do your home improvements and her answers made me feel like I was doing something wrong by calling a plumbing company to get a toilet plumbing estimate. Almost like it was annoying that I was even asking. Guess i'll look elsewhere.

The lady who answers the phone is the most rude person to in customer service I have ever talked to. If you hate your job lady, that is your problem. Keep it to yourself or leave. You are costing the company money. Must be related to the owner somehow if you still have your job.
