Tried our new air conditioner for the first time, a year after they installed it. Was leaking water. We called them late Saturday night and someone returned our message within 15 minutes and someone was there to fix it under warranty by 8 am SUNDAY morning! Even took extra time to explain some ways to help us program the unit for our needs. Very pleased with their customer service as well as service technician.

Had to sue him to get my deposit back! Won in small claims court and the good for nothing won't pay. Looks like I'll have to put a claim against his business! BE WARE!!! HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
