You guys took my WRAP application. Assured me I was giving it to the right people. You then in turn mailed back my application and said I dropped it off at the wrong location AND NOW I’m past the deadline and can’t and won’t get the assistance I need & I’m at even more risk of losing mine & my kids home. Amazing place with amazing employees that go above and beyond to help those in need. I was in and out in 20 minutes and they took a huge burden of my shoulders just before Christmas. I can't say enough good things about Energy Services of Waupaca. Thank you for all you do!!!
