  Called them for a quote of new furnace installation. Before the gentleman left, I asked him if he can get me the quote asap. The gentleman answered either tonight or tomorrow morning. Since then, never heard back from him. It does not seem they care their customers. I would stay away from doing business with them in the future.

  I required a very unexpected repair of my heating system. The Encon team was responsive to my needs and kept in touch with me. Brendon completed the work on the unit- he was very professional and very nice to work with.

  The Encon tech was prompt, professional, thorough, and clearly experienced in his service of my wine cellar refrigeration unit. He also advised me that although he got it working, some of the issues are irreparable and due to the age of the unit, which is now obsolete. He said that I may require a replacement in a few months or perhaps a few years. But he was quite clear and he made me comfortable with his detailed service summary.
