  Great customer service. Reliable oil delivery. Good pricing and flexibility. The online portal is convenient. The portal is a bit outdated compared to your average portal but can't complain compared to others in the industry that don't have one at all.

  We didn't have hot water. A service person was at our house with in 2 hours of me calling. He was professional and completed the "repair" quickly and scheduled an oil delivery for the following Monday.

  Our service technician was extremely helpful in walking us through our safety check and setting up our gas line to our grill. He was super knowledgeable and professional. We're new homeowners and had several questions...all of which were answered with courtesy and kindness.
