  Was referred to Empire Heating & Air Conditioning by my home warranty company to repair my hot water heater. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technicians Steve and Ananias, arrived in the scheduled time window, were pleasant, informative & answered all of my questions along with repairing my hot water heater! I was impressed, great customer service and professionalism!

  I recently had my central a/c and heating system replaced by Empire Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a very positive experience with the install crew. The team was very professional, kept me informed right from start to finish on the steps and cleaned up everything completely before they left. Also they registered the Carrier system on my behalf. Overall very satisfied with their service.

  We had gotten three estimates from different companies are very professional, but Empire Heating & Air Conditioning was the only one that could meet within our price range. Even that was a struggle but with the no interest financing it was a reasonable way for us to get our air conditioner and heater replaced. Mike and his team we are very careful with our flooring, furniture, and very careful about cleaning up. They were done so fast and so efficient and clean. They were careful to wear booties inside my house and put down tarps. Thank you for doing a fantastic job I would totally recommend them.
